01Overview

An Android app for the school’s events: students, professors and staff create events such as festivals and conferences, browse the popular ones, save favorites and find each event on a map.

Sign-in with email, Google, Facebook or Microsoft · event creation with photo and location · favorites · event map · my events.

02The problem

Festivals, conferences and other school events had no single place where anyone could publish them and everyone could find them.

    Native Android app in Java with its own visual identity

    Firebase Authentication with Google, Facebook and Microsoft, plus a role for each user

    Events, photos and GPS coordinates stored in Firebase and shown on Google Maps
